Cocos Pool Bar & Grill is inspired by the traditions and culture of large, well-established restaurants of Eastern and Western origin, which have proven their high quality of service.
After numerous trips and search for new trends, the owners manage to recreate their vision of luxury and sophistication and create a place that will appeal to the Bulgarian audience. Thus, the idea of creating a “desert paradise” in the middle of the western part of Sofia became a reality.
Spontaneous determination and changes in world trends further develop the restaurant and upgrade the overall concept of the project, turning it into a large and modern complex.
Today, Complex Cocos offers various functions that correspond to the most modern currents in the field of entertainment, refracted through the prism of the idyll of the desert oasis.
On the territory of the three-storey complex, you can find a restaurant, Event hall, located on the first and second floor and an exotic summer pool bar on the third floor.
The rapid development of the complex also affects the menu and recipes in the kitchen. The staff creates new, appetizing suggestions and an improved vision for each dish.
